Yield : 2 loaves in two 16cm x 11cm x 7cm loaf tins or 1 super sized loaf in a 23.5cm x 11.5cm x 8.5cm You can bake this without a loaf tin too, simply shape the dough into 2 large rounds and allow to rise. Can also be used for 10 buns or rolls.
Tip : Bake your bread and slice when cool. Freeze slices and use as required
