Our bread premix is made from the following ingredients: 

  • Vital wheat gluten - it is a pure plant-based protein, and is keto friendly 

  • Flaxseed - Flaxseed is nutritious and tasty, and it’s very low in carbohydrates. It contains omega-3 fatty acids which are good fats on keto. 
  • Oat Fiber – oat fibre is made from the outer husk of the oat. It is zero calories and carbs. It is not oats, oat flour or oat bran nor is it a by product of oats. Oat fiber is made of insoluble fiber. It’s indigestible and contains no carbohydrates. Do not be mistaken into thinking it’s the same as oats  we do not use oats in our 💯 keto low carb bread  

  • Himalayan Pink salt -This salt helps boost the flavor of our keto bread

Vital wheat gluten can be considered keto-friendly because it is a highly concentrated source of gluten protein with minimal carbohydrates. In a ketogenic diet, one of the primary goals is to limit carb intake. Since vital wheat gluten is primarily protein with only a small amount of carbohydrates, it can be incorporated  without significantly impacting your daily carb count.

Many of our customers are diabetics both T1 and T2 and have reported stable blood sugar levels after eating our products  Every single ingredient used in our breads and treats are completely keto friendly and low in carbs with zero sugar or grains added
