What’s my story?

I have been on a diet on and off for most of my life. I used to be able to lose weight quickly with trying to count calories and excessive gym workouts but just as quickly as I lost the weight, it would come back.

After I had my third child , I needed to lose weight. I tried to do my lower calorie diet but this time it wouldn't work and I was tired of the yo-yo dieting cycle. I decided that it was time to get healthy. Losing weight is a side effect of good health and I needed to have a healthy relationship with food.

I began researching a Low-Carb, ketogenic lifestyle and I was intrigued. Notice I said lifestyle and not diet. I decided to try low carb eating and saw myself losing weight more easily than ever before. We always thought fat was the enemy but I learnt that fat does not make you fat.

My relationship with food today is much healthier and then I created my delicious products!
By not depriving myself and still being able to treat myself with cookies, cake and bread that kept me within my macros , I was able to make it into my lifestyle.


I could easily go low-carb and sugar free but I couldn’t find products that tasted the way I wanted them to so I decided to create my own treats that tasted delicious!

Keto Co was born after I found success with a low carb, ketogenic lifestyle and I wanted to share my own success with you, to make eating healthy easy but still delicious.

I experimented with the right ingredients to create treats that made my tastebuds happy but still kept me on track by being low in carbs and sugar free with quality ingredients.
