This cranberry bread is amazing. it changed my life as I need to eat something sweet (out of a bad habit) with my afternoon tea, and this hits the spot perfectly. it is soft, tasty and has none of those artificial nutty after taste that you usually get with other gluten free products AND freezes well. highly recommend!!
